The Thomas L. Green brand has been supplying cracker manufacturers with efficient, reliable and sanitary production systems since 1893. On our modern, high volume systems, you can create straight sheeted, dual sheeted and laminated crackers. Sheeting systems can range from 600mm to 1.5m in width, and production volumes range from 200-5500 kg/hr depending on oven length, width and product type.

For producers interested in snack crackers at production rates up to 1000 kg/hr, we also offer our Vector Series Cracker System. This system offers lower production rates, but with the same durability and reliability of all Reading Bakery Systems equipment.

CONTINUOUS MIXING FOR SNACK CRACKERS

True to our mission of technology and innovation, RBS has developed another industry first: Continuous Mixing for the Snack Cracker Industry. We are the first and only company to apply the benefits of Continuous Mixing to Cracker Production.

Traditionally snack cracker lines use batch mixing, but recent advancements in support equipment and controls have made continuous mixing technologies viable for the cracker industry.
