T. L. Green LLC, a division of Reading Bakery Systems, a manufacturer and service provider of bakery equipment with offices located in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Sales Manager for our Latin American Region experienced in international sales and business development.
Reading Bakery Systems employs over 120 people, operates 2 manufacturing facilities, 4 sales offices and serves a worldwide market for baking systems.
We have a current opening for a Sales Manager at our facility in Indianapolis.
Major responsibilities include:
- Achieve sales, volume, profit, margin, and sales goals parts, upgrades and new machinery
- Analyze new business opportunities in the location to determine new directions for existing product lines.
- Develop implementation plans for new business opportunities.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Minimum of four years experience in Food Industry – (Baking industry – preferred)
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Proven organization and planning skills
- Highly motivated
- Must possess the skills and knowledge to sell technical concepts
- Ability to operate and travel independently when required
