2-Roll Sheeter
The 2-Roll Sheeter generates a consistent, hole-free dough sheet that is easily handled by downstream forming equipment, such as gauging stations and rotary cutters. Dough is discharged into a hopper that is mounted over rolls that rotate toward one another. The rolls draw the dough through them to form a single sheet. The thickness of the sheet produced is controlled by the distance between the rolls. This gap may be adjusted during production to accomodate the type of dough and the requirements of the downstream equipment.
