Dough Dump Station
The T.L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Dough Dump Station offers a safe and efficient way to bring large batches of dough from portable dough troughs into a continuous dough sheeting or processing system. Each Dough Dump Station is designed to lift industry-standard dough troughs, or can be modified for special applications. Troughs are positioned onto lifting forks and tilted to an angle sufficient to ensure dough is discharged from the trough and then returned to floor level for removal from the Dump Station. These stations can be positioned adjacent to a floor opening or can be integrated into other efficient T.L. Green dough feed options such as Live Bottom Feeders or Laytime Conveyors.
