Dough Feeder with Chunker
The T.L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Dough Feeder with Chunker attachment provides cracker manufacturer's continuous batch processing, as well as an efficient raw dough partitioning solution. This conveyor based machine receives a batch of dough from a Mixer or Dough Trough Dump System and delivers it evenly to a Chunker mechanism designed to partition the batch into consistently sized loaves. The Chunker forces the batch through a set of identical rollers that are partitioned to a size appropriate to the forming equipment hoppers downstream from the Dough Feeder.
