EX Continuous Mixer
The ExACT Ex Mixer is designed to process most wheat based doughs consistently with production rates from 500 to over 20,000 lbs / hour. The Ex Mixer model includes preblending, mixing, and development sections.
The EX Mixer is often positioned under the ExACT metering platform. Bulk delivery receivers may be supported directly from the platform reducing the roof-loading concerns and increasing installation efficiency and offering safe access to the bulk receivers. Platform access also allows hoppers to be filled by hand or automatically supplied by bulk handling systems above the feeders.
