Guillotine Cutter
The Reading Pretzel & Snack Guillotine Cutter is designed to uniformly cut any product before or after baking, freezing, etc. A precise control system enables the operator to set cuts as short as one inch (25 mm) with the press of a button. Standard Guillotine Cutter speed is up to 50 cuts per minute in cycle mode, and 175 cuts per minute in continuous mode. For very sticky or brittle products, an ultrasonic cutting option is available.
