Independence Wirecut Machine
The T.L. Green Independence Series Wirecut Machine is designed to provide optimal piece-weight accuracy by utilizing a precisely machined filler block that funnels dough from the grooved forcing rolls into the die cups mounted above the wire cutting mechanism. This low pressure system does not overwork the dough and enables final product-shape consistency. At the bottom of the die, the dough pieces are cut at speeds up to 150 cuts per minute and dropped onto a transfer conveyor belt or solid oven baking band.
A unique hinging mechanism provides for simple removal of the die cups plate and filler block during product change-over and for machine cleaning.
Positioned over the transfer belt or oven band, the machine can (as an option) be removed from the production line without disrupting the conveyor system. All controls and mechanisms are mounted to the machine directly and an electrical disconnect can be provided to facilitate machine removal. Product discharge can be fine tuned using the conveyor band raise mechanism typically supplied with the standard support base.
