In-Line Laminator
The T.L. Green In-Line Laminator utilizes precision motor control to accurately cut, stack and deliver sheeted dough to downstream reduction and forming equipment. The precise and gentle placement of cut sheets provides uniform dough density at both the edges and center of the finished cracker sheet and eliminates problems associated with traditional “lapper” technology. The In-Line Laminator accepts a continuous dough sheet, cuts it into individual sheets with a rotary knife, and layers the individual sheets with a reciprocating conveyor.
The uniformity designed into the T.L. Green In-Line Laminator provides superior piece weight accuracy and product consistency – both critical factors in an efficient production line, automatic packaging system or cracker sandwiching equipment.
