Portable Live Bottom Dough Trough & Kibbler
The Live Bottom Trough with Kibbler processes a batch of dough by conveying it through rotating kibbler knives and discharging the small chunks directly into the downstream forming equipment or onto a discharge conveyor.
Local controls for the conveyor on the bottom of the trough and kibbler roll are built into the machine. This allows it to be easily rolled between the mixing area and the production line or discharge area.
