Laytime Conveyor
The T.L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Laytime Conveyor provides consistent control over dough moistures, laytime and density. Dough is transported from a batch mixer or an ExACT Continuous Mixer to the Laytime Conveyor. This Conveyor allows a dwell time of up to 6 hours before transferring a batch for further processing. Once the dough has been properly proofed, it is sized with a Chunker, Kibbler Knives or Sheeter Rolls so the forming machinery can handle the dough pieces properly.
