LP Extruder
The Reading Pretzel & Snack Low Pressure (LP) Extruder is designed to allow for the creation of a variety of structural and flat shapes, as well as provide uniform dough flow with soft or hard inclusions. This means that with a simple change of forming dies the LP Extruder is capable of producing everything from hard pretzels to chocolate chip cookies. The Extruder is available as a single or multi-unit machine depending on the application.
