Omega II Dispenser
The T. L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Omega II Dispenser is suitable for use over a wide range of small particulate toppings, including flour, sugar and spices. Though an automatic fill and recovery system may be used to charge and recycle the hopper, particulate is typically poured manually through a removable mesh screen into the cabinet. A rotating agitator within the cabinet ensures the particulate won't bridge and cause a loss in consistent flow. The dispensing roll of the Omega II is a series of welded paddles designed to force the particulate through a mesh sieve mounted just underneath the roll. The mesh sieve is sized to the type of particulate being used and the amount of coverage desired on the product.
