The Reading Pretzel & Snack Omega Dispenser provides highly accurate application of salt and other granular materials. This complete system includes a roll dispenser, pneumatic transfer / fill and reclamation unit and screening system. The heavy duty design of the Omega Dispenser makes it ideally suited for operating in close proximity to the oven. The stainless steel construction allows for durable use with corrosive and hydroscopic materials, such as salt. From the unique, self cleaning, multi-pocket metering roll, to the ability to dramatically reduce the dust associated with salting, the Omega Dispenser is designed to meet many topical application needs.
