Pick & Place Laminator
The T.L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Pick & Place Laminator utilizes an in-line solution, rather than adopting a traditional, right-angle approach to lamination. The Pick & Place Laminator cuts the dough sheet into square sections, then the sheet is picked up by a three axis robotic vacuum system. The precise pick and place mechanism turns each sheet, or alternate sheet, 90° for wheat gluten cross-hatching. The ability to program the servo driven pick and place mechanism allows for the integration of multiple dough sheets - or different colored dough sheets - providing far greater flexibility and new product potential than with traditional laminators.
