Pretzel Cooker
The Reading Pretzel & Snack Pretzel Cooker imparts the single largest taste-critical factor the pretzel will receive during production. Utilizing either a bath or waterfall type application of caustic solution, the Pretzel Cooker acts as the final check on product texture and color prior to the baking process. The temperature, solution mixture, dwell time and speed through the process are all controlled. Optional closed loop control of all Cooker functions can be designed into the machine. The Cooker's jack-screw system with a telescoping exhaust stack provides easy access during cleaning and maintenance. The Pretzel Cooker is available as an upgrade to your existing system or as the cornerstone of your new line.
