Proofing Conveyor
The Reading Pretzel & Snack Proofing Conveyor, or Proofer, moves the product from the LP Extruder to the Pretzel Cooker. The Conveyor allows the raw dough time to skin over and round out (proof) before going into the Pretzel Cooker. Products that use active yeast may require extended proofing time in a controlled environment. There are different configurations of Proofing Conveyors for the different proofing needs of product types. The speed of the Conveyor adjusts automatically for the different product types when the product recipe is selected at the Operator Interface.
