Rotary Molder
The T. L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Rotary Molder produces high definition, three dimensional biscuits, cookies and pet treats by pressing dough into engraved cavities in a die roll. An extraction belt delivers the pieces onto an oven mesh band or transfer conveyor. Consistent high quality products are achieved through a flexible and user friendly control system. Each critical function of the machine is adjustable to the specific needs of the dough and the dough shape.
