Spindle Mixers

T.L. Green Biscuit & Cracker offers Vertical Spindle Mixers ideally suited for cracker manufacturing operations that utilize a 2-stage or proofed dough process. The primary dough mixing is done in spindle dough troughs that are left to proof for a period of time. Following this fermentation period the troughs are re-positioned beneath the spindles of the Mixer and re-mixed with the final ingredients. The Spindle Mixers are available for process batch sizes from 272 kg to 950 kg.
