Ultrasonic Guillotine Cutter
The T.L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Ultrasonic Guillotine Cutter utilizes a high frequency ultrasonic driver on a guillotine blade to precisely cut soft, sticky, fragile, baked or fried products. It provides a high frequency vertical and horizontal motion to the blade. The Ultrasonic Cutter cuts without product deformation, smearing or accumulation on the cutting blade. This Cutter can be used for pre-bake, post-bake and cold formed cutting applications. The operator maintains complete control over cutting speed, length of cut and ultrasonic amplitude.
The unique design of the Ultrasonic Cutter allows for it to be mounted on a process line or supported by a free-standing framework, making the unit portable and allowing customers to upgrade a standard RBS Guillotine Cutter to an ultrasonic blade. The Ultrasonic Cutter may also incorporate a transfer conveyor off its own control package, or be built to straddle a conveyor already in place.
