Wirecut Machine
The T.L. Green Biscuit & Cracker Wirecut Machine creates traditional wirecut cookies and performs other low pressure dough forming applications. Dough pieces are formed by low-pressure extrusion from precisely-machined feed rolls, filler block and a die cup arrangement. The feed rolls impart a minimal working of the dough. Pieces are cut by an adjustable wire-frame assembly at speeds up to 250 cuts per minute and dropped onto a transfer conveyor belt or solid oven band. The operator maintains complete control over all key adjustments to maintain consistent piece size and weights.
