Omega Pocketed Roll Dispenser
The Omega Pocketed Roll Dispenser provides reliable application of salt and other granular materials. This complete system includes a roll dispenser, pneumatic transfer / fill and reclamation unit and screening system. The heavy duty design of the Omega Dispenser makes it ideally suited for operating in close proximity to the oven. The stainless steel construction allows for durable use with corrosive and hydroscopic materials.
Topping material that does not adhere to the product is captured underneath the transfer conveyor belt. Operators may add collected particulate manually through access doors on top of the main fill cabinet, or an automated recycling system may also be installed for greater system efficiency. Particulate remaining in the Dispenser reservoir may be dumped quickly and easily via a hand lever.
