Based on extensive experience with fabricated potato chips, RBS has developed the Baked Potato Chip Production Line to produce a healthy, great tasting potato chip. This turn-key system transforms dry and liquid ingredients into a consistent dough sheet that is cut by an interchangeable die roll before being baked and dried in a T.L. Green PRISM Oven. The finished baked chip can have a traditional texture or an optional rippled texture.
A variety of other sheeted, baked and fried potato snacks are produced on our T.L. Green Chip Sheeting equipment, which has been a reliable resource to the snack industry for over 115 years.
