We have a unique opportunity for a high-energy individual to join our purchasing team. We are looking for a person who is experienced in planning and procurement in a manufacturing environment. The person must be able to handle multiple responsibilities; plan and procure materials; aggressively seek opportunities to reduce cost and develop supplier relations.
The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years planning and procurement experience in a manufacturing environment and be familiar with machined, fabricated and sheet metal components. Candidate should also possess sound knowledge of purchasing practices and principles and have strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong working knowledge and experience with CAD Systems is a plus. Must be aggressive & organized, ISM – CPM, or APICS certification, a plus.
Field Service Technicians
As a world leader in the design and manufacture of multi-million dollar commercial systems for the snack food industry we are seeking highly-skilled individuals to install bakery equipment and provide electrical/mechanical equipment repair services to our customers worldwide.
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, team oriented individuals to join our Service Team. Qualified applicants should be proficient in mechanical and industrial electrical maintenance. Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and experience with AC drives. Experience in cookie, cracker, pretzel and other baked snack equipment is also a plus.
Our Field Service Technicians travel extensively – domestically and internationally. Ability to read, write and converse in other languages is a plus.
We are looking for Project Managers to manage the execution and delivery of our customers’ bakery equipment and machinery projects for the snack food industry. This person will coordinate between multiple teams that are involved in designing, manufacturing and servicing our customers’ equipment. Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing budgets, defining requirements and managing the execution of all projects, all the while providing top-notch customer service to our customers and internal partners.
This may include leading the planning of projects, facilitating the project scope/goal definition, defining tasks/resource requirements, developing project plans, coordinating staff, planning and scheduling project timelines, tracking deliverables, providing direction, support and leadership to the team, monitoring project progress, problems and solutions and managing project changes and interventions, evaluations and assessments of project results.
We are looking for Machinists in our Thomas L Green facility in Indianapolis, Indiana who are experienced in setting up and operating manual lathes and mills.
