For more than 25 years, Exact Mixing has introduced bakers to the advantages of fully automated, continuous mixing. Our technology evolved from pretzel mixers, to a family of mixer models for all types of doughs including breads, rolls, cookies, crackers, pet treats, batters, icings and more.
