The Thomas L. Green Laytime Conveyor provides consistent control over dough moistures, laytime and density. The Conveyor has a first in, first out design and can be installed directly under a continuous or batch mixer for efficient dough handling. A dough trough dump station can also be integrated into the Conveyor, and dough batches can be dumped from industry standard or plant specific troughs.
Multiple Dough Processing Options
Chunker Rolls, Kibbler Knives, Sheeter Rolls or a Guillotine Cutter can be provided at the Laytime Conveyor discharge to process the dough batch for the downstream equipment.
The size of the Laytime Conveyor is determined by the size of the dough batch and the amount of dough proofing time required for the product.
