- Thomas L. Green Rotary Moulder – The Rotary Moulder presses dough into a die roll and produces high definition, three dimensional shapes for your pet food and pet treats. Interchangeable engraved brass die rolls can be supplied with segmented rings for simultaneous, multiple shape production.
- Thomas L. Green 3-Roll Sheeter – Two forcing rolls draw the dough into a pressurized cavity between three rolls. The dough is compacted and discharged as a continuous sheet. A conveyor transports the newly formed dough sheet from the bottom of the sheeter into the next machine. Gauging Stations will ensure accurate thickness prior to shape forming.
- Thomas L. Green Rotary Cutting Station – The Rotary Cutter accurately and continuously cuts scrapless geometric shapes and distinct shapes out of a single dough sheet. Edge and web scrap dough can be re-routed to the dough handling system for reuse.
- Reading Pretzel Low Pressure (LP) Extruder – This Extruder is a flexible, lower cost alternative to conventional dough forming and sheeting systems. Create pet foods and treats in a variety of structural and flat extruded and co-extruded shapes and sticks. Product changeover is simple and quick.
- Reading Pretzel SPECTRUM OVEN® – The single pass convection baking platform is designed for balanced and consistent baking of pet food. Customers benefit from a variety of heat transfer combinations in one modular design. Operators control the product moisture removal rate for maximum quality assurance.
- SPECTRUM Multi-Pass Dryer – Add the optional Multi-Pass Dryer for faster oven speeds, greater production throughput, and more process control. The Dryer efficiently reduces product core moistures improving overall quality and storage characteristics.
