We offer state-of-the-art processing solutions that capable of producing a wide range of snack products and offer a complete line of mixing, dough handling and forming, baking, drying, and supplemental equipment, biscuit systems, cracker systems, bread snack systems, potato snack systems, pretzel systems, and control systems.
RBS offers classroom and on-site training and technical support for management and plant personnel. Trained instructors will show your team how to safely operate our equipment and how to make consistently high-quality product at optimum production capacity. Personalized training courses can be conducted at your plant site or at the RBS Science & Innovation Center.
RBS also offers onsite training and development services that help you gain a better understanding of your production lines.

At the heart of RBS is our 30,000 square foot Science & Innovation Center in Sinking Spring, PA, where customers can work with our team to test new machinery and processing techniques; research innovations in mixing, forming, baking and drying to increase profitability; develop new products; validate new ingredients and test ingredient changes; and produce market samples for testing.
The Center gives customers access to our wealth of expertise in manufacturing, research and development, quality assurance, equipment design, production management and process development from our technical staff, as well as assistance in die design and custom equipment development from our engineering staff.
