Industrial Mixing Equipment
The Thomas L. Green Vertical Spindle Mixer is suitable for biscuit, cookie and cracker products, and doughs that require a two-stage mixing process with a fermentation period in between. The mixer allows the same dough to be mixed twice and stay in the same trough throughout the process.
To simplify your mixing process and produce large quantities of consistent, uniform dough, consider Continuous Mixing which accurately delivers ingredients to the mixer at rates high enough to help you produce a better quality finished product.
Exact Continuous Mixers come in a variety of sizes, ranging from 100 to 10,000 kg/hour. Different models are available based primarily on dough moisture levels and number of mixing stages.
The Exact MX Continuous Mixer, for example, offers intense, efficient mixing using a cutting action for products requiring high energy mixing. (Dough production rates: 50 to 2,000 kg/hour.) The Exact HDX Continuous Mixer is a great choice for ultra-high absorption doughs, such as buns, breads, rolls, English muffins and similar products. (Dough production rates: 1,500 to 10,000 kg/hour.)
A complete Exact Mixing Continuous Mixing System includes the mixer, blender, materials handling and ingredients metering, as well as the control system that monitors and distributes product between them.
Multi-Crisp Baked Snack System
With the Multi-Crisp Baked Snack System, you can produce a variety of wheat, potato, multi-grain and corn masa flour crisps on one flexible system.
After continuous mixing, the single-reduction 2-Roll Sheeter will produce a continuous and consistent dough sheet and discharge it directly onto the rotary cutter infeed conveyor. The Rotary Cutting Station accurately and continuously cuts discrete product shapes by means of a rotating die assembly. Product pieces are then baked and dried in a convection SPECTRUM OVEN® and dryer system.
The Multi-Crisp System can produce between 250-1000 kg/hr of finished product, with throughput capacity increasing as oven zones are added after the dough sheeting equipment.
