For manufacturers of biscuits, cookies, or crackers, the Thomas L. Green PRISM OVEN is an outstanding option. The single-pass baking platform is specially designed to enhance product quality and consistency. It features Direct Gas Fired (DGF), Emithermic (Radiant / Convection), and Convection Zones, each with a number of options to give your baked products consistent quality, color, taste and texture.

By adding an optional Multi-Pass Dryer, oven speed, production throughput, and process control can be increased.

Turnkey Production Systems

With our modern, high volume Cracker System, you can effortlessly create a variety of crackers such as straight sheeted, dual sheeted, and laminated crackers. Sheeting systems are available in widths ranging from 600mm to 1.5m, and production volumes can vary from 200-5500 kg/hr depending on the oven length, width, and product type.

Our Multi-Crisp Baked Snack System is a versatile solution that allows you to produce a range of wheat, potato, multi-grain, and corn masa flour crisps on a single flexible system. Depending on the number of oven sections after the dough sheeting equipment, the system can produce between 250-1000 kg/hr of finished product.
