The Thomas L. Green Dough Dump Station offers a safe and efficient way to transport large batches of dough from portable dough troughs into a continuous dough sheeting or processing system. A single operator can safely maneuver and efficiently discharge an entire trough. The Dough Dump Station is designed to lift industry-standard dough troughs, or can be modified for special applications. Troughs are positioned onto lifting forks and tilted to an angle sufficient to ensure dough is discharged from the trough and then returned to floor level for removal from the Dump Station.
Dough Dump Stations can be installed over plant floor openings or adjacent to existing dough handling systems such as Thomas L. Green Live Bottom Feeders or Laytime Conveyors.
