The Thomas L. Green Portable Live Bottom Trough & Kibbler processes an entire batch of raw dough by slowly conveying it through rotating kibbler knives and discharging small, useable sized dough chunks. This versatile solution to dough handling is sized according to the needs of the production line. Dough can be dumped into the Trough directly from a batch mixer or from a Dough Dump Station.
Total Process Control
All motors, drives and controls for the machine are mounted on the frame so it is easily moved between the dough mixing and production areas. After being properly positioned, the operator locks the castors and connects the power supply, and the unit is ready for operation. For a more automated process, take away conveyors can be integrated into the design for easy transportation of dough to the downstream forming equipment.
The user controls and general operation of the machine allows the operator to control key functions without being exposed to moving parts. A guard is mechanically fastened above the rotating kibbler knives preventing contact during operation.
