North American Pretzel and Snack Equipment Sales Manager
Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) is looking for a North American Pretzel & Snack Equipment Sales Manager. This position is responsible for the business development, sales, and customer relationship activities for the pretzel and snack segment of RBS.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the sales person travels throughout the United States and Canada calling on existing and prospective customers to create and maintain relationships, and solicit orders for equipment and services offered by RBS.
The sales person will manage existing customer relationships; build relationships with new prospective customers; respond to all incoming leads; work with the Technical Sales Director and Engineering Department to address feasibility of customer requests and needs; participate in the quotation development process; and attend industry events as a representative of the Company.
Field Service Technicians - Mechanics
We are looking for highly-skilled individuals based in our Indianapolis, IN facilities to install bakery equipment and provide electrical/mechanical equipment repair services to our customers, worldwide. Our field service technicians travel extensively -domestically and internationally. They should be proficient in mechanical and industrial electrical maintenance, Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and experience with AC drives. Experience in cookie, cracker, pretzel and other baked snack equipment is a plus.
