Sustainable Processes for the Industrial Baking of Food Products
In order to protect our planet for future generations, we must change the way we do things today. This seminar will cover the importance of sustainability by focusing on 3 areas: People, Planet, and Prosperity. The presentation is focused on the baking process, as the oven is the largest source of emissions and energy usage, and will detail our approach to reducing costs, energy and emissions in our oven designs.
Seminar attendees will walk away with a better understanding of ways to make their bakery process more sustainable and be able to communicate concrete information with their team on improving their operation into the future.
