In this virtual webinar, we’re going to talk about energy efficiency and ways to reduce energy consumption when baking biscuits and cookies. First, we’ll review RBS’ experience with ovens and the smart tools we use to understand what is happening inside the oven during the baking process.

Second, we will focus on understanding where heat is used in the baking process and how to reduce the heat energy in each of these areas. Finally, we’ll discuss baking biscuits and cookies at a high-level, as well as, the most efficient and best types of ovens for baking these products and why.

You will walk away with a better understanding of the biscuit baking process, ways to reduce energy usage in your baking process and therefore reducing the operational costs of your production system.
