David Welch, Director of Biscuit, Cookie, & Cracker Product Line, leads the technical sales strategy and product line development for RBS biscuit, cookie, and cracker systems. David joined RBS in 2024 as the European Sales Manager and brings more than twenty years of engineering experience in biscuit and snack production. Prior to RBS, he held several roles including Commissioning Engineer, and Chief Engineer at a global food processing equipment supplier and briefly worked for Cerealto in the UK as an Engineering Project Manager. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Aston University in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
