The RBS booth (B1.234) will display a new Exact Mixing HDX continuous mixing system for buns on the show floor, and feature the new Thomas L. Green Servo Wirecut Machine, new Emithermic cookie oven and Reading Thermal bread and bun oven profiling solutions.
RBS will also be giving away a new SCORPION® Food Safety System at iba 2018 to one show attendee. This system simplifies Kill Step Validation of the baking process. It allows bakers to collect 5 product core temperature measurements and automatically generate the KSV Lethality report.

Exact Continuous Mixing Systems
Exact Mixing by RBS will display an HDX (High Development) Continuous Mixing System for buns. The newly redesigned HDX mixer is ideal for products such as buns, breads, rolls, English muffins and similar products. The mixer has a redesigned high speed developer and is ideal for manufacturing highly developed dough at low temperatures. This mixer is proven to create more consistent color and height in buns and rolls, and reduce energy significantly compared to batch mixing.
Exact will also showcase other mixer models available for a wide range of snacks and other bakery products.
Reading Thermal Oven Profiling Solutions
RBS will feature the Reading Thermal SCORPION® oven profiling solutions specifically developed for bread and bun bakers. These solutions include the Pan+Dough Probe and the Temp+Airflow Sensor Array. The Pan+Dough Probe helps bakers achieve consistent Bake Cycle S-Curves. It is a fixed position dough interface/core temperature measuring device that works with the SCORPION® 2 System to provide accurate, repeatable data that are not possible with hand-placed thermocouple probes. The Temp+Airflow Sensor Array is used to simultaneously profile temperature and airflow across the width of large tray and grid conveyor ovens.
Baked Snack and Cookie Technology
RBS will also feature several innovative baking technologies to produce a variety of food and snack products. These include a new Servo Wirecut Machine and Emithermic oven for cookies, and a redesigned Low Pressure Extruder for a wide variety of snacks.
