Sharon Frantz is a Project Coordinator at Reading Bakery Systems, where she works closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules, track milestones, and maintain clear communication throughout each project. She helps keep projects organized and on track, supporting successful execution and ensuring customer expectations are met. Sharon brings more than 10 years of project coordination and operational experience from Penske Transportation Solutions, where she managed large-scale initiatives, improved processes, and supported teams across North America. She holds an Associate's Degree in Specialized Business and certifications in Lean and Six Sigma. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys giving back to her community as a Girl Scout troop leader.
