Eric Tshudy, Process Technician, started with RBS in 2021, and has worked in a few positions before recently joining the RBS Science & Innovation Center in his current role. He started as an electrician on the manufacturing floor and then spent almost 2 years on the technical services team where he installed RBS equipment all around the world. Before joining RBS, Eric worked as an electro-mechanical installer at Dentech Industrial, and an electrical contractor for McCarty and son. He is graduate of Lancaster County Career and Technology Center.
